there is an exterior fypon that needs to be painted out side of a 3 family home. Fypon is located between the second and third floors; so high ladder is needed. Fypon is in the shape of 'Half Round' with approximately 3. 5 feet to 2 feet. If you are a good handyman I might have some other odd jobs for you like replacing a balcony door etc. But first priority is the fypon.
