I do all wall prep before painting. Caulking, nail holes, small drywall repairs, sanding and cleaning. After walls, trim and doors are prepped, I use a guaranteed product and apply two coats. I do not leave unless the customer is satisfied fully. I also do ceilings. (Nothing over 12ft)
