I am in the process of buying a house in Hampstead and would like to have some work done prior to moving in. I need interior painting (approx. 2,000 sq. ft), power washing, small amount of outdoor painting/staining. I need to refinish hardwood floors, clean gutters, repair grout, and screens around porch? We are moving and need little odds and done along with some rotting wood outside. We also need some main rooms painted. Most ceilings, kitchen, dining room, family room, entry way, steps, and hallway.

We have a wooden fence this is in dire need of being sprayed with a sealant. I am not exactly certain of the dimensions, but have been told it would take around 10 gallons of sealant. Our deck is small, around 10 x 10 and has no rail, so would be very easy to spray. We would be happy to purchase the sealant, and could provide the spray gun, if needed.
