I protect, prep and prime if needed room(s), areas prior to painting of fair market quality paints. I do sheetrock repair, install and sanding making sure surface is ready to receive mud for texturing. I can prep doors by sanding and patching prior to being painted. If neccessary for job/task completion I do carpentry, demolition, plumbing, landscaping, laminate flooring, light electrical and deck refreshing.
