Painter Job in Lebanon, Missouri

Moving into New Home, need our living room painted, the week of May 7th. Have specific paint colors we choose from Lowes that we want painted (if you know of better paint same price range with same exact color numbers we have, we are open to discuss) . It is a large room, with a main color and a few walls with an accent color. Painter will need large ladder or scaffold to get one of the walls. There is an old dry water stain on ceiling, depending on cost to paint, if affordable we would like to have that sealed and covered with Kilz I assume, and ceiling painted as well.
