Painter Job in Shelby Township, Michigan

Full-time position available in a large apartment and home-building company. 45 hours a week with overtime pay. Must have reliable transportation, drywall, painting, and caulking skills. Job focus is to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants. Maintain exterior of buildings including grounds, Irrigation, and common areas. The ability to deal with service calls ranging from changing lightbulbs, floods, and making peace with neighbors.
