Anybody can and obviously does simply make business cards and decides they can in one day or month or year pretend and claim to be a "pro" and hire real pros who spent years perfecting their craft and skills incl. quality, cleanliness, organization, and tool maintenance/care, and then try to learn from the real pros, and then not pay them, and then claim their being harassed when steal or enslaving the worlds' good worthy experts, builders, or champions. But not anybody can spend many years surviving against all the rest of the desperate-acting wannabes & fakers -and still be working hard to lead a humble honest life and become the real thing (a licensed builder) that still never resorts to same desperate acts of all those who are willing to do any sin to take the place of someone who deserves something such as their own role and rewards. I will not be charging HST in 2018, so if you are in need of some pro level service for your residential, business, or institutional property, and reside or are located within Mississauga or not too far from it, you can definitely take comfort in knowing there are people who've vested many years of their lives to study, invest, and gain capabilities that no-one else can simply learn overnight or replicate with the same quality, skill, and cost without crossing several red lines and incurring or causing minor or major losses that could be avoided if someone has the intelligence to appreciate that they can benefit and have more success if they were to seek out and draw from the pool of experts in each respective field. It may be true, that some cultures are better than others at certain things that they practice on a wider scale, however I don't use that as an excuse to be overconfident just because walls and ceiling are something that my culture may have started and still makes some of the best of incl. in all parts of the world. However if you need the cheapest, I may not be of use because although I have yet to learn more advanced painting techniques such as artistic drawing, or on metallic or furniture contours, I can say with confidence that I rarely see anyone do better normal interior painting than myself due to such vast extensive efforts and experiences that also include a year of cabinet staining/spraying, many wood refinishing jobs, and also other experiences like exterior painting and repainting old decaying work and jobs already botched by many layers of paint that no one ever even bothered to sand between coats for a smoother, straighter, shinier result, which is especially nice in low light environments like basements where it's good to have reflective walls, as long as they are high enough quality not to show every imperfection as shiny/gloss paints tend to show every minor imperfection while reflecting light.
