Painter in Manchester, New Hampshire

For the past 12 years I have renovated, managed and maintained apartment buildings and private residences. In conjunction with working at the buildings, I also worked at the landlord’s private residence as the handyman - maintaining the property (about 7 acres) seasonally as needed and continue a working relationship with them to date. My expertise is in painting, landscaping and apartment restoration. In the past, I have worked as a bicycle mechanic and assembled furniture and fitness equipment. The reason for seeking new employment is that my previous employers have sold the buildings. I am a perfectionist, a problem solver and take each job seriously. I will go the “extra mile” to achieve results. I am an independent, take charge individual and a hard worker. My work is detailed and methodical.
