JOB: Crew Chief or Painter Start Planning your summer job now! JOB DESCRIPTION: Take an active leadership position working as a painting crew-chief! Earn competitive wages while leading a team of painters trough the daily routines of residential painting. Learn to manage up to 4 employees at the same time. Offer great quality service to our clients, and be recognize for your outstanding leadership and managerial capacities at our annual banquet and award ceremonies. Work hard during the summer to earn credits towards fun company events such a 3 day summer camp or a rafting Weekend! MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Car and a valid driving licence • Willingness to work with heights • Experience in some physical work (i.e.: Construction or other trade) • Leadership capacities • Willingness to be coached and trained on leadership, communication and sales * Bilingualism is an asset WORK SCHEDULE: • Weekdays from 8am-4:30pm COMPENSATION: • 11.25$ to 14$/hour Bonuses depending on experience Your resume and phone number are required to be considered for the positions.
