Painter Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

BC0894875... dba L&N Urban Builder Ltd. has four open permanent full-time positions of construction painters to fill in. There is no education requirement for this position, but candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience including working with Venetian plaster paint. Job duties will include surface preparation by cleaning from dust, old paint etc., filling minor cracks and dents; applying primer coating; applying paint and other coatings, including venetian plaster; using tools such as brushes, trowels, paint rollers, spray equipment; estimating amounts of materials and supplies required for the project. The company is located at 1290 Keith Rd East, North Vancouver, BC; actual work locations will be in the same area and throughout Greater Vancouver area. Candidate is expected to work shifts and weekends, if required. The position is compensated at $20.00 per hour plus standard company benefits (4 % vacation pay).
