Nicole's company has done several small painting jobs for me, and one which really helped me to sell a house-a rental I had. I had cleaned and painted, but the former tenant was a heavy smoker and the house did not smell good, Several people came through each day but...no offers. Finally, called Nicole and was grateful she had the knowledge of paint additives. They painted the entire house (about 1100 sq ft) and the smell was gone! Got an offer and sold the house!!
