Hello, my name is Matthew Keiser. I am a 34 year old non-smoker. I have almost 10 years of experience in property maintenance and painting and have worked in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. I currently work with a painting company based out of Shorewood, Wisconsin and I am a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Work is slow at this time of the year with the company I work with and I am seeking additional jobs. My procedure on the job site is to protect your flooring and furnishings, properly prepare surfaces for painting, use the appropriate products for each application, and fully clean all work areas.
