Painter Job in Puyallup, Washington

Marv's Painting is a new business that has started in the Puyallup area. Marv's Painting will be expanding the next couple years, so there are many growth opportunities to have a high level position while starting at the bottom. We are currently looking to fill two positions in the company: Production Manager Pay will start at $12.50, once you hit standards pay will be $15 (Lots of bonus opportunities) - Must have a vehicle (and insurance) that can transport ladders (you will be transporting the painting equipment) - Must be able to work flexible schedule. We will not paint in the rain so we work the weekends to cover lost time. - Must be willing to canvass. All my painters need to Canvass for 6 hours a week that is paid on a commission basis. Hours based on your availability - Must be able to lead and direct people. - Must be timely and polite you will be the face of the company at the job site. - Bonuses paid on early completion of jobs Painter (No experience necessary) Pay will start at $10 once you hit standards pay will increase to $12.50 - Must be able to canvass 6 hours a week - Must be able to work on ladders and lift 50 lbs - Good candidates are timely, hard working, and care about the work that represents them.
