In an Ann Arbor condo we need the following painted : Small half bath around 6 by 6 Walls, ceiling, caulk and paint baseboard. Small laundry room around 8 by 10, walls, and caulk and paint baseboard One bedroom wall 8.5 ft tall and 14 ft long One bonus room two sided wall, 8.5 ft tall and 15 ft long with a 6 ft door opening that does not need to be painted.

First a power wash, then I need all exterior wood trim, gutters, garage door and front door painted.
