Small laundry room around 8 by 10, walls, and caulk and paint baseboard One bedroom wall 8.5 ft tall and 14 ft long One bonus room two sided wall, 8.5 ft tall and 15 ft long with a 6 ft door opening that does not need to be painted.

Paint exterior siding and trim same color. Some repair to exterior trim maybe required. Power washing will be needed for siding.

My house at 515 W. Hoover in Ann Arbor needs an exterior paint job on the wood-sided parts. There is an extension to the house and a detached garage with vinyl siding. These parts don't need to be painted, just the wood siding. There is also a board on one of the upstairs windows that needs to be replaced. I would like to have this done as soon as the weather permits.
