My house at 515 W. Hoover in Ann Arbor needs an exterior paint job on the wood-sided parts. There is an extension to the house and a detached garage with vinyl siding. These parts don't need to be painted, just the wood siding. There is also a board on one of the upstairs windows that needs to be replaced. I would like to have this done as soon as the weather permits.
