Lomar Properties currently has 2 positions available for painter and stucco/drywall installer. Lomar properties is a large residential and commercial management company.
Painter Job duties include but not limited to: Asses and prep for job at hand, prepare surface for paint, paint interior and/or exterior of apartments, apartment buildings, warehouses, and/or homes.
Stucco/ Drywall installer duties include but not limited to: Asses and prep for job at hand, obtain materials needed for job, prep surface for stucco/drywall as needed, patch/sand when applicable, clean up of work area once completed.
