Painting is $200 per room to paint any size bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen or residential office, and $250 for living room larger than 15*15. $50 to paint any size ceiling. Exterior painting is 0.95¢ per sq. ft. of home but includes scraping and pressure washing of the physical structure. Fencing is $190 per ten feet and that includes materials.
