Painter in Chesterton, Indiana

Hello my name is Eric, I have been in the painting trade now for nearly 20 years...my father was a successful painting contractor & was whom in which I worked for &/or along side with for the better part of my painting career. For close to 7 years now, I have been contracting jobs on my own (strictly by referrals/ word of mouth) steadily but only somewhat successfully. The only reason that I say somewhat successfully, is that I have (almost always) struggled to find the help I need & especially the kind of help that a business needs to succeed. Meaning, experienced help that takes pride in their work & doesn't mind the fact that he/she has to work for a good and honest living! Therefore, the reason I am posting this ad, is in the hopes of finding another experienced painter that would like to team up & really start trying to make an attempt accomplishing more than what they're able to do currently on their own.. I definitely have more than enough of the necessary tools (as well as work/jobs waiting) to produce a successful & meaningful outcome...it just cannot be done alone. It takes way too long to finish & move on to the next job in a timely manner...which can make life extremely stressful & especially so when you're trying you're best & giving it your all. Surely there's someone out there & that's nearby who can relate to this, @ least I hope anyway.
