Hello All, My name is Andrew Kostka and I am currently a student at The University of New Hampshire, and a Branch Manager at Collegiate Entrepreneurs. Collegiate Entrepreneurs is a respected company that is dedicated to producing high quality painting services at the most affordable price. We at Collegiate Entrepreneurs are interested only in the most motivated and hardworking individuals. With this said, I am looking for painters to join my team for the summer of 2016. As previously stated, I am interested in a team of hardworking, and focused individuals. Painters must be of 18 years of age, and need to be able to work outside, on ladders. Painters must most importantly be available full-time throughout the summer as they will be working a full painting schedule, and must have a vehicle. Although prior painting knowledge/ability can only help, these skills are not a necessity because every painter will undergo the same training program where they will learn the skills and become comfortable with the products and processes we use. Everyone will be starting as a regular painter, but there is room for growth within your position. Job Description: All aspects interior and exterior residential house painting. Location: Greater North shore Mass Income: Wages will start at $10.00/hr and will increase to $11.00/hr as an employee proves their value to my organization. Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Four 10 hour days per week. Every day it is sunny (weekends will be required). Upward Mobility: This summer there will be opportunities for some to move into management positions. Also, it is not uncommon for the best painters to be promoted to Branch Managers the following summer. **Foreman applicants must have a vehicle that can transport all painting equipment such as: ladders, power washer, buckets, tools, etc. Additional Duties: Painter will also be marketing to generate customer leads.
