Painter Job in Calgary, Alberta

I'm looking to hire painters for this upcoming summer (May-August). No experience is required but it would help in ensuring the job. The majority of the work will be taking place in the SE of Calgary and so a vehicle would be necessary if you do not live near the area. During production season we will start every job by dropping off flyers around the area we work in. This will take half an hour and can be done before or after a days work, but is required. The form of pay is as follows, I pay a piece rate price meaning that you will find yourself in the unique situation where the harder you work the more you get paid! If you are hired in pre-season you will have two weeks (during production season) to show me your skills and abilities, if I see fit, you will be offered the position of a chief painter director. The position entails for the director to be more involved with the clients, solve any immediate problems on the site, oversee the crew's progress and performance, report to me about any issues or concerns, and be in charge of the crew's supply kit. Because this position requires more commitment and responsibility you will be rewarded with a raise.
