Painter in Oakland, California

Hello my name is Julio Perez,  I am 27 years old. I live in Oakland CA. I specialize in painting (houses, interior, exterior, buildings, offices, etc.). I have been painting for about 5 years and have been working in remodeling projects too. I know how to fix cracks on walls, I know how to put sheetrock (drywall).  I would love to work with property owners, for example, in maintenance in painting. I have my own tools and well prepared to do all types of jobs. I have my own helpers for big projects. I am an independent worker who knows how to get the job done.  I love painting, and when I do the job I do the best. My English is not the best, but when it comes to work I know how to understand everything in the painting business. I don't have a social to work in the U.S. but I am still able to file taxes and put what I get paid.
