Painter in Magalia, California

Do you need some painting or general maintenance repairs done? I have 25 years experience painting for a painting contractor in Chico and for myself also and 3-4 years experience in general maintenance on apartment complexes in the Chico area. Unclogging/repairing sinks, toilets, minor washer/dryer repair, replacing fire alarms, repairing/replacing light fixtures, repairing fences, etc. If so I am your guy. I am currently in the Magalia area (about 5 blocks from the Magalia Post Office in the PPOA). All painting and general maintenance projects are on a time and material bases. You buy the materials and I do the work. I am clean, professional and take pride in my work. I charge $15hr for all painting and general maintenance projects.
