I'm a career maintenance worker. I'm thirty one and I've been active in this field about five years. I do light to medium electrical and plumbing, trim carpentry, appliance and HVAC service and maintenance but more than anything in the last year and a half I've been primarily painting. I've been turning and painting apartments that rent from 1,000 to 3,000 dollars a month. I've also been doing renovation work in common areas which have been used as selling points to increase sales. I'm proud to say the community I manage has gone from 80% occupancy to 95% the highest it's been in years. No streaks no drips no bleed through no bulid up in corners no mess whatsoever and precision.
