I am professional painter, 15 yrs.exp. I only spray paint, I get on and get out, you save time money and labor pay. I spray 50 bucks a room ( standard 12 x16 , 25 bucks extra if bigger , 25 bucks for each ceiling , 25 bucks per.bathroom. ceiling inculed..... paint exterior its 100 per side, that's small house 700 to 900 sqft. And 150 per side 1000 to 1800 sqft. And 1900 to 2300 25... per.side. anything larger we neg. No prep, i come in and spray only, I will prep for spraying project. This means, put down drop clothes and tape windows.. Thats my prep for painting... No trim , I spray one color...Its a great deal for investors.... Or someone on a low budget...go in come out everything looking all pretty and antique white....yep. Ready for the market. I do handyman services too. At great rates.... 15 yrs.exp. i do great work
