Available during odd/flexible hours, and I am capable of getting a lot of work done in little time. I work by myself in order to offer low cost work. I am honest, ambitious, dependable, and hard working, and maintain a professional appearance. I generally try to appraise jobs at $10-$15/hr depending on the type of work. Customer pays for supplies before the job starts, I ask for about 30% of the total job cost when I'm about halfway done, and the rest when the job is finished and the Client is satisfied. I take pictures before the job starts, and when the job is finished, and require a written Contract prior to work to protect both myself and the Client.
