Student Works Painting is looking for students and young adults to join our painting team and/or marketing team in Coquitlam, and the surrounding area for this upcoming season (Late April to the end of August). We specialize in Interior & Exterior, Commercial & Residential painting. If this sounds interesting, please continue. We are seeking both Full time and Part time applicants who are dependable, driven and have a positive attitude. Although paint experience is an asset it is not required as we provide paint training. We also offer full workers compensation and a positive work environment. I will also personally provide guidance and direction to help you beat budget and piecework hours. This job is ideal for college/university students or young adults looking for summer work. The position can be challenging, however those who develop the necessary skills are highly rewarded. This job is best suited for people that want to work outdoors and get some exercise at the same time. Days can be long (8am -- 5pm), especially while working in the sun. Experience is not necessary, as training will be provided; however, any experience is beneficial. You will be paid based on performance (piecework), approx: $12 - $20 per hour Start Date: Mid April -- Early May End date: End of August Weekdays: 8am -- 5pm (Mon-Fri) Weekends: Sometimes required *Extra hours to be paid for marketing (commission) -Marketing starts ASAP if desired (6-8 hours a week) Private transportation such as a car or any vehicle is an asset although not required as long as transportation to job sites is not an issue (a full time vehicle is a requirement for Crew Chief Position) Sincerely, Connor Beardmore Owner/Operator - Coquitlam Student Works Painting
