Painter Job in New York, New York

I have an old photo of my ex-wife & would like an 8x10 or 10x12 on canvas, no frame. Is a 31/2x41/2 old Christmas color photograph of poor quality with a single person standing by a Christmas tree. That's my ex. I want to give it to her by Christmas time. If possible I would like a small alteration. I had another supposed photographer do an enlargement 8x10 and it came so grainy, it was horrible. I paid him and will never use his services again!! Well that's about it.
