Im not the cheapest. I am a capable, very knowledgeable, licensed professional with 24 years experience. I deliver nearly the full array of all interior / exterior painting / staining / specialty finishes etc. As the 11 year owner of a painting company out-of-state, I have extensive experience in dealing with all kinds of clients and their needs. I'm licensed there, but not in NV yet. CONSIDER ME UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES: 1) Quality of work performed is more important to you that "the dirt-cheapest you can find". 2) Youve had it with sloppy, wild-west tradesmen with low standards. 3) You need or want a knowledgeable pro to help guide you to achieve your projects goal(s). NO PAINTER SAYS HE'S BAD. THEY ALL SAY THEY'RE GOOD. - yet poor workmanship exists. If you talk with me in person or on the phone you will be able to see for yourself which I am. - and I still can give competitive rates. ______________________________ Track record: 1) Never been kicked off a job (but have been called in approx 60 times to take over for another who has been) 2) 2800-... projects completed over 24 years. 3) Have multiple references including Realtors, General contractors, business professionals, etc. 4) Im noted for being able to please the picky, put together very good color schemes and solve unusual job site phenomena. SPECIAL SKILLS: 1) I am EPA-trained as a lead-based-paint safe contractor. 2) I have approx 80 houses worth of popcorn removal under my belt. Am familiar with Asbestos and its care. 3) Drywall / Taping: can hang & tape well. Level 4 smooth finish is not too bad. more than 1,000 large patches /repairs under the belt. Its not my main line of work but is second only to journeyman tapers with much experience. 4) Carpentry: all the small things are usually not a problem; replace trim, base, install crown, etc etc - just dont ask me to build you a stairwell. 5) It is more appropriate to think of me as a "residential cosmetic specialist." 6) Color putty matching - walk in the park. 7) Basic faux painting (no marble columns or advanced techniques) Estimates are free. They are detailed; "line-itemized" in writing rather than verbally tossed-off to you like Ive seen so many others do.
