Painting your cabinets is a much more affordable way to completely change the look of your home. Not only will it look beautiful, but it will also add to its current value. If you're selling your home, it will definitely increase your sale potential. This is something most people avoid having to worry about when purchasing a home. It could make or break a sale. Not to mention the cost of the investment vs return is definitely worth it. COST: My prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE since I do it all myself & by hand. It takes me a bit longer than large companies. (I encourage you to shop quotes first). Most large jobs are completed in 3 to 5 days depending on several different factors. I take my time with tough areas and I only focus on ONE job at a time. I am willing to work on the price if it's a big enough job. *Supplies are included in my prices. The lowest I have seen other contractors quote is a minimum starting price of $1,500.00 for homes that have up to 20 doors. My prices are determined by considering the quantity of cabinet doors, drawers & square footage. I also determine the price depending on the type of cabinets you have. I look to see if whether or not it will require more work before I can start the painting process. Oak has a texture that tends to have a larger grain to it (which uses a little more paint). Most other woods or laminates are smooth and have less grain. All of this information helps me to determine the scope of the job and establish pricing.  *Kitchens typically start at $650.00 for a Darker Solid Color  *2 Door Guest Bathroom Vanities starting at $75.00  *4 Door Master Bathroom Vanities starting at $150.00  *Furniture pieces vary (These prices include supplies) Colors: I have several colors you can choose from. You will also need to decide the type of Clear Coat you would like. Matte, Gloss or Semi-Gloss. I use a Quality Water-Based, Low Odor Paint that costs approximately $75 per gallon. I can also add a Glaze for a Distressed look at an additional charge. *I have worked exclusively with Real Estate Agents thus far and have several references I can provide.
