We conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc. 1) Routinely performs the following duties in order to restore apartment to "market ready" status:  Communication with manager concerning particular apartments that need painting in order of Priority.  Work is done at a pace on a neat and efficient manner, which will leave enough time for other maintenance personnel to complete their functions in the make-ready process.  We Report to manager when paint and/or supplies are low to avoid depletion. 2) Drywall repair: All Structural repairs to sheet rock and/or installation, Wall paper removal, Texture, including wall patching, filling in big and/or small holes, caused by nails and dings from normal wear and tear most commonly performed between the time a tenant vacates a unit and a new renter assumes occupancy including wall patching. 3) Paint: All House and/or apartment, Includes minor touch-ups following damage repair and new coats of paint. 4) Pressure washing: • Our company is uniform coded as instructed by manager. • We use protective equipment when necessary following all safety procedures. • We protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping. • We perform other work duties as directed by manager. We also glad to provide cleaning/housekeeping services not limited to: maintaining a tidy appearance in shared community locations, such as the leasing office lobby, clubhouses, and fitness or recreational areas also includes cleaning fixtures, floors and other surfaces in vacated units before new renters 5) All of our Painter have over 3 Years’ Experience.
