I am a pro style painter with over 25 years of experience in very high end homes! Over the years I have had to fix damaged areas inside and out like drywall damage and wood rot. To put it plainly, if it is broke, I can fix it! I take a lot of pride in my work and believe things should be done right the first time. For example if replacing t1-11 u should ALWAYS prime all edges and the backside at least 18" in to stop water penetration due to a wick effect (soaking in) in the siding. Little things like that that doesnt take too much time will gain you years of protection! I'm full of info like that! I can bid by the hour ($25 4 hour min) or by the job.
