ESTIMATES: I provide a 100% free estimate which is very negotiable- once negotiated I stay within your budget! **Example:** A rough, blind estimate based on a standard sized room (12ft x 12ft with a 8-10ft ceiling) is about $200 per room and includes: light spackle sanding ceiling and walls two coats of paint semi gloss trim PAINT, MATERIALS, LABOR COSTS: You, the client, cover the cost of the paint and I cover the labor price. Based on the above mentioned example for a standard room, you would need about 2 gallons of paint, 1 gallon of white ceiling paint and 1 quart of semi gloss for the trim.
