Preferably looking for a subcontractor with own vehicle and full set of prep and painting tools. The majority of jobs are in the beaches area with some extending throughout the GTA.
Professional - Minimum of 10 years experience painting exterior/interior (residential/commercial). Effectively communicating with customers and working within a team setting is an asset.
Independent - Able to complete jobs with limited to no supervision that meets customer's needs and satisfaction.
Efficient - Ability to paint a typical bedroom (10X10) in a day (8 hours), including ceiling, walls, and all trim.
Skills Required: Brush and roller application, spraying, skimming/mudding, small drywall repair, staining/varnishing (interior/exterior), and comfort while working at heights
