some scraping, sanding and painting as we discussed when you were here - all upper work above top of windows - guessing about 3 days - will provide stain we are using and if needed a sander, nails etc. remove upper storms and paint sashes - need to keep paint off new roofing - call me - thanks - tom PS we are 500 lewiston road in west gardiner
