Job Description and Requirements Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion. Lead a crew of painters (2 minimum). Ensure painting crew is wearing Vanguard Painting Services branding while on-site. Complete residential painting projects. Provide details and images of previous work. Ability to paint interior/exterior residential homes. Ability paint two-story homes. Able to provide reviews/references/previous work photos. Basic Painting equipment. Customer service oriented. Take before and after photos during on-site interior/exterior painting projects. Record video time-lapse of painting projects. Inquire about owning a franchise.
