Painter Job in Tucson, Arizona

I have a cinder block wall in need of painting per HOA. It is about 55 ft in length and at the highest point about 6 ft. I purchased paint and was going to do it myself, but there is some minor repair and the current paint is chalking, just a bit too much for me to tackle. I would like to have it done by end of June. Even having the wall prepped (power washed, repairs) would help, then I could paint it.
