Basement is approx. 950 square feet and has a large rec room, bedroom and bathroom. New Drywall.
Need primer 1 coat on ceiling
Need primer 1-2 coat on walls
Need to paint ceiling and walls.I will supply the paint.
Need the painter to start the week of 04/30.
Please confirm with your hourly rate.
