The house has a small footprint (600sf) but is very tall. In addition to the primary house there cis also a small 400sf cottage in the back yard.
Looking for a crew with experience painting thesw older houses.
The paint is wearing and cracking. It was last painted about 10 years ago. I believe the previous owner stripped the whole house before painting it last time so there should be no lead concerns.
