Paint house, 2 car garage and shed. Build a portico/porch at the front door of the house. Replace rotted wood siding on house, garage, and shed. Replace rotted fascia, and soffit on house. Install gutters where needed and missing. Replace rotted steps and wood on small side porch. Build a hinged door to cover crawl space opening. Fix loose roof on the garage. Paint the roof on front portion of the house, on the shed and the garage.
