I am the Facilities manager for Spinner Place here in Winooski VT, a student housing facility, I am looking to line up Painters for our upcoming turnovers. We have 3 different move out dates starting in May, then July and August. I am available most days to meet and show you an apartment or maybe 2 to help you get a good sense of what will be involved. Fortunately all our apartments have been recently renovated and so damage will be minimum for the most part!
