Painter Job in Cape Coral, Florida

I am in need of someone to do a very small painting project. I need to have the white pipe cover newly attached to the exterior of my condominium building wall (shown in the attached picture), painted to match the rest of the wall. I have the paint. I just need someone with a ladder and brushes who can come and paint it for me for $75.00. The cover is approximately 3 inches wide and deep, and 26 foot long and is not damaged or rusty. The primer I have is KILZ, which I know will dry in about 30 minutes, and then I'm sure just one coat of the Sherwin Williams Exterior paint will do the trick. So in a nut shell, what I need is someone with a ladder tall enough, with the proper painting tools, to prime and paint this 26 foot pipe cover on the side of my condominium building. It shouldn't take more than an hour to do.
