We are seeking: Detail oriented, dependable, reliable, self motivated, polite, safety oriented, neat, able to follow directions, efficient, and honest. QUALIFICATIONS: PAINTER 4 years exp (documented)*MANDATORY Own vehicle (CDL, valid insurance)*MANDATORY Spray rig skills (1/yr min) Able to work at 30’ on ladders Work on scaffolding Ability to follow directions, clear communicator, detail oriented, efficient, productive, and produce quality work. FOREMAN 8 years (documented) exp*MANDATORY Managerial skills (running crews)*MANDATORY Own vehicle (CDL, valid insurance)*MANDATORY Spray rig skills (4 yrs min) Able to work at 30’ on ladders Work on scaffolding Foreman must show ability to manage/organize workers and jobsite, communicate effectively (to owner and crew), and demonstrate high level of efficiency and productivity with quality conscientiousness.
