My name is Richard welcome to my post at meet a painter. I am a 46 year old father who does not drink or do . I am based out of and live in a little town called Ozona in North Pinellas County. My specialty is owner occupied residential dwellings. Any kind of project that is tedious, custom in nature and that requires a lot of attention and detail is where I come in and do my best work. I have spent the last 7 years perfecting my trade repairing, preping, staining and/or finishing wrap-around balconies, porches, staircases and entry ways. I take a great amount of pride in the appearance and finish of my projects whether it be a custom residential dwelling from start to finish or a small staircase just needing refinishing. I love to do bright white wrap around balconies and porches!! I have the abilities and tools to complete a project from start to finish. The scope of my services offered include pressure washing, spray painting, hand painting, hand sanding, power sanding, application of primers, final finishes and custom finishes. The range of my services include residential apartments, condominiums, tract and custom dwellings. I also have the ability to handle office space, garages warehouses, etc
